Who treats you

A needle in your face is not a haircut.

The single most common reason someone leaves an aesthetics website without booking is that they never found out who would be treating them.

A surgeon behind the med spa, and a beach photo in front of him

Very few med spas can say their medical director is a board-certified surgeon and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, running an IAC-accredited vein centre. Their homepage opens instead on a stock photograph of legs on a beach — the same image used on the pages of vein clinics all over the country.

Their Botox page answers the same question twice, differently

On their own Botox FAQ, “When will I see results?” is answered “Results are almost immediate” — and a few questions further down the same page, “within four to seven days.” A patient reading both learns that nobody checked. This page gives one answer, the accurate one.

For their patients

What a surgeon-led practice actually changes.

01

Seen within the week

They do not run hospital or emergency vascular work, so the schedule is predictable. Most patients see the clinician within the week.

02

The same people every visit

Their own words: staff and clinicians stay as consistent touchpoints — the opposite of the assembly-line care patients describe at larger vein practices.

03

Insurance, where it applies

Most major insurances are accepted, and coverage for vein care depends on medical necessity. The staff talk it through after your consultation.

04

In English or Spanish

No te preocupes, podemos hablar español — their own line on the insurance page.

Paying for it

Two ways to spread the cost.

Cosmetic treatment is usually not covered by insurance, so Chesapeake work with two financing providers. Approval is subject to the provider’s credit checks.

CareCredit

Interest-free promotional plans of up to 24 months on qualifying purchases, pending credit approval. Interest is charged if the balance is not paid within the promotional period.

Cherry

Patient financing, with its own page on their website.

This month

15% off a microneedling series.

From the monthly specials on their own homepage in September 2026 — alongside 20% off a PRX Plus series and 10% off Juzo compression stockings.

Questions

The things people ask before they book.

Who will be treating me?

Dr. Surya Challa is the medical director, and their own site says he actively sees and treats patients. He is a board-certified general surgeon, a Diplomate of the American Board of Venous and Lymphatic Medicine and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Marley Johnson, a state-licensed master aesthetician, handles facials, peels and microdermabrasion. Their site does not say which clinician performs each injectable or laser treatment, so the office confirms that when you book.

How soon can I be seen?

They do not take emergency or in-hospital vascular work, so the diary is predictable — most patients see the clinician within the week.

Do you take insurance?

Most major insurances are accepted. Coverage for vein treatment is decided case by case on medical necessity, and the staff will go through yours after the consultation. Cosmetic treatments, including most sclerotherapy for spider veins, are generally not covered.

What vein treatments do you offer?

Venous duplex ultrasound to assess the veins, radiofrequency ablation for venous reflux and varicose veins, ambulatory phlebectomy, and sclerotherapy for smaller varicose and spider veins. Restless or aching legs can be vein-related, and that is assessed too.

What is sclerotherapy like?

A solution is injected into the vein so it closes and fades over the following weeks, sometimes up to a month. It needs no anaesthesia, and more than one session is often recommended.

What med spa treatments do you offer?

Halo hybrid fractional laser, BBL photofacials, Morpheus8, microneedling, clinical facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, Botox, Dysport, Juvéderm, CoolSculpting and laser hair removal.

When will I see results from Botox?

Most people start to notice a change within four to seven days, as the muscle movement softens gradually, and results last up to about four months. A numbing cream is applied first, and most patients compare it to a slight pinch.

Is CoolSculpting a way to lose weight?

No. It reduces localised pockets of fat that do not respond to diet and exercise, and it is done in a physician-led setting under Dr. Challa’s direction.

Can I pay over time?

Yes — they offer CareCredit, including interest-free promotional plans on qualifying purchases pending approval, and Cherry financing.

Do you speak Spanish?

Yes. Podemos hablar español.

When are you open?

Monday, Wednesday and Thursday eight to four; Tuesday and Friday seven to three. For cosmetic appointments, call to ask about their personalised after-hours times.

Your virtual assistant

Meet Sandy, the front desk that never goes home.

She knows every treatment Chesapeake offer, who performs them, how insurance works for vein care and when the office is open. Ask her out loud — she answers in about a second.

  • “My legs ache by the evening — should I book a vein consultation?”
  • “Does insurance cover spider vein treatment?”
  • “What is the difference between Halo and BBL?”
  • “Can I come in early on a Tuesday?”
  • “Book me a consultation next week.”

The upgrade

The same Sandy can answer the phone.

What you just spoke to is the website half. The identical agent — same treatment knowledge, same booking rules, same voice — can be connected to a phone line to catch the calls nobody gets to.

Unanswered calls. Sandy picks up when the line rings out because the room is busy.
After hours and weekends. She answers questions and takes bookings while the doors are shut.
Overflow. When two calls arrive at once, the second one stops going to voicemail.

Nothing about your existing number changes. You keep it, you keep answering it, and Sandy only takes what you would otherwise have lost. You can listen to every call and read every booking she makes.

  1. Sandy gets her own numberA dedicated line, never published to your guests.
  2. You set the forwarding rulesBusy, no answer, or after hours — your choice, with your carrier, reversible in a minute.
  3. She answers what you missSame knowledge she has here. She can also hand a caller straight to a human.
  4. Bookings land in your systemConnected to your real diary once you say so — never before.
